When Stina and I started locking down all the details for Issue One, we knew that we wanted to do something special for the editorial spread. The much fantasized about but not seemingly possible dream I had was to do a shoot at an abandoned theme park. This was out of the question because there weren't any around Toronto and we're on a teeny tiny barely-a-budget budget so we decided to do the editorial at a gorgeous park just outside of the city.
The car was booked and everything was planned when we learned about a water park about an hour and a half away. It had been abandoned over ten years ago and we weren't sure what was left and if we could even get in. With that flawless plan we hit the road on our new quest of dreams!
Our team for the day was made up of my partner Ron who drove and assisted during the shoot, photographer Yuli, model Geneve, and myself. It took us a while to find the place but when we did it was absolute magic and we pretty much had it all to ourselves. Here are a few shots from the day, if you have any suggestions for a cool place to shoot future BUSH spreads, holla at us!

We shot so much more than we could ever print in the first issue of BUSH so watch out for the full look book!
